Urban Remedy Cleanse Results + Sass&Bide tee + jewellery

BUSY week.

I have finished the Urban Remedy cleanse!! Let me say. I DID NOT CHEAT ONCE!

WOO!!

I didn't even have the "okay foods" (celery, cucumber, lettuce)

Nudda. I am v proud.

I can honestly say I didn't get hungry ONCE. I just missed the smell/taste/process of eating. I realised how much I thought about food though. I plan a lot of my day around food. Interesting.

I have to say on Day 2 and Day 3, I REALLY struggled with Juice 3. It's really quite horrid. I only had 2/3 of the bottle on Day 2 and D forced me finish it on Day 3. It's just hard to drink.

Juice 6 really tastes like something that should be slapped on my face at a day spa.

I forgot to take photos of the juices. Dang. Every lunch time I'd remember but then get home and forget!

But here is a photo of the little cooler bag they give you to carry your juices around in !

SO

I weighed myself on the morning of Day 1 and the morning after Day 3.

I know you all want to know the numbers.

I lost 3.4kg

I don't know if thats a good thing or bad thing.

Did it mean I was carry a lot of fluids in myself that got flushed out with all the drinking?

Cuz it surely isn't any fat loss.

I did work out during the cleanse though. So perhaps I lost 1kg of real fat? Only time will tell.

I wonder if I would of lost the same if I didn't work out? Probs not.

I also did dry brushing and had 1x 1hr body massage and 1 x 1hr reflexology and shoulder massage.

My skin looks brighter according to D but I dunno.

I think my stomach is a bit flatter.

It's odd that I didn't experience any symptoms as well. I dunno whether that meant I was healthy or my body wasn't flushing toxins. I have no idea.

Oh well. I feel proud for finishing it !!

Here is the new cut tee from the "Tomorrow the Great" collection from Sass&Bide.

I like this cut. I told myself I wouldn't buy anymore S&B tees but it didn't seem to last long.

I'm not so sure about this colour of tee. I think it looks a bit "I washed my white tee with my black tee" but D liked it, so I thought I'd give colour a chance!

I like the hemming at the bottom.

Lately I've been really liking S&B jewellery collection.

I couldn't get a good shot of the talon ring because it doesn't stand up on it's on.

My camera didn't want to play focus today either.

I thought I'd share my skin care stuff too.

A few months ago I started using Perricone MD Cold Plasma range and I really love it!

To be honest the smell is OFF but I'm hoping no one comes that close to notice.

*mask with perfume* haha.

This is the ONLY product I've ever used that I've noticed results within 3 days.

My skin just feels smoother and the tone of my skin seems more even. I think I looked fresher. Whatever that is. My skin looks less manky and dry.

You use the cold plasma under your normal daily moisturiser. I use Clinique DDML and it works really well together.

Look at these weird roses I got for home.

Weird huh? I wonder if they grew like this or if they put some sort of dye through a white rose? I have no idea about this sort of thing.

Do pink and white roses growing next to each other kind of "breed" ? HAHA

I dunno. Rose Sex. Hahahaaaaaaaaaaaa.

And a last but not least, my IPAD!!!

YAY. I'm pretty sure I forgot to blog about this.

I was in Perth on the day they came out and I wasn't planning on getting one. The lines were CRAY CRAY in Melbs and Sydney.

At about 3.30pm I was on Hay St and thought I'd go take a look in DJs at the display ones.

Well. I am a sucker because 5 mins later I was swiping my CC and saying "gimme gimme"

No Lines...Nothing!! Thank you PERTH!

Anyway, I am obsessed with playing Words With Friends on my iPad.

New York Bar & Grill and Shinjuku at night.

After our long days in Tokyo we liked to go upstairs to the New York Bar & Grill for nightcaps.

It had nice cocktails and a live jazz band every night. They were v good.

It is one of my favourite places in Tokyo.

The view at 52 storeys high is pretty amazing too ! It's where they shot Lost in Translation as well. If you have seen the movie you might remember the scenes in the bar?

I wore this Kirrily Johnston kaftan style dress. It is such a good travel dress because it is crinkle style so no ironing required! WOO!!

I wore this Make Believe necklace that D got me for Christmas last year. I don't think I have blogged about it yet?? Not sure.

Anyway, here it is!

It's pretty heavy. I get neck pains wearing it.

I might have a sensitive neck so don't let it put you off if you were thinking about getting on.

I wore my hair up this night because it was quite late and no time to get ready.

I think it makes me look like a boy. It's a very rare sighting of me with hair up. Haha!

Here we ordered a "Dessert tasting plate for 2"

UM Who are these 2 people? Giants??!!!

This is huge !!!

It's seriously like a dessert plate for 8 !!

I'm not complaining. We smashed it.

Ha ha ! It did take about an hour though.

New York Cheesecake with raspberry and cream.

I think this was strawberry ice-cream and kiwi fruit gelati. I'm not 100% sure. D correct me if I'm wrong.

I love fresh mint though. I always eat it and D freaks out because he thinks its for decoration only.

Meh!

This passionfruit tart was ULTRA tangy. My mouth goes all weird just thinking about it.

It was nice though.

Some sort of chocolate brownie number.

I would say this was the least nice of the 4 because its nothing special really.

Just a bit of chocolate and flour.

Meh

Chanel Goodies!

Last week I bought a few Chanel goodies. I should just learn to stay away from the store.

There's something about the packaging that excites me.

Hahahah how embarrassing. I keep the ribbons and all that in the boxes. I dunno why. Im never going to use them. I just like it to be 'complete'.

Here is what was inside the smaller box!

New sunnies.

I don't like designer sunnies. They nearly always have some sort of logo crap on the sides that tell everyone from a mile away what brand they are. They're usually fake and from Thailand or something. And if they're not they're so crazy overpriced its stupid.

I always buy cheaper sunnies like Ray Bans etc and haven't bought designer sunnies since those Dior sunnies a la J.Lo were in style.

Anyway, I really love Anya's Chanel sunnies from Oui, Je Suis ( THIS post) and have wanted sound round sunnies for ages. I have no chance of finding those sunnies though so when I saw these sunnies in Chanel I thought " what the hell" I will give designer sunnies a whirl.

I still feel a bit weird with the logo on the side, but its quite small so its not as noticeable.

D took these photos of me while I was taking photos of my Hermes bangles.

You can see I have made them black & white to make them appear arty.

Also, I had no makeup on and it hides my horrid skin.

Two birds, one stone.

I was going to type Happy Good Friday everyone but that seemed highly inappropriate

so Happy Friday off Work day.

Is everyone eating fish or vegetarian today? Do people still do that?

Before I turned vegetarian I ate Fillet o Fish on Good Friday because my British mum doesn't cook fish.

Too complicated for her. Ha! If its not roast or bangers n mash its out of the question.

She makes up for it by making the best Yorkshire Puddings though.

What is everyones plans for Easter?

I have no going away plans.

Just visiting family and friends and some family is coming to visit me too.

Yay.

I also have lots of cleaning and ironing to do and plan on vacuuming.

As well as thinking of something to do with these figs that D's mum gave to me.

Dilemma.

Hermes Clickity Clack

I love Hermes for wrist wear

I like to collect Click Clacks and Click H's.

I got a new one the other day.

YAY!

I can't remember the name of the colour. I looked on TPF and found nothing. I asked the SA and he told me like 3 times the word in French so fast like I'm some sort of crazy robot I can understand.

Grrr.

I like to look it up and see what it means in English damnit.

YAY!

Behold the bangle. Wooo. I like this colour. It goes nicely with my new Chanel Elephant polish.

Wooo.

It's all nice a shiny with no scratches yet.

I love it.

Here is my family of Hermes Bangles. I feel the silvers are ganging up on the gold and now I have to get another gold to even it out a bit.

I've got the most wear out of the gold one by far. You can see she has loads of scratches. It tells a story. (ha!)

Looking at this photo I now realise I should of cleaned them before I photographed them.

I think i will collect these throughout the years. I think my first one i got back in 2006. Seemed like it was yesterday.

The black and gold was from Singapore ( my first one)

The blue is from Tokyo

The "strawberry" is from Hawaii

and the black and silver and grey and silver are both from Melbourne.

Valentine's Night

After the movie D told me we were checking into a hotel and going to dinner.

I hate suprises. I like be prepared for everything.

But these were nice and I didn't suffer an anxiety attack. Thanks D <3

We checked into Crown Towers and when we got to the room D had organised for a box of 12 long stem red roses to be there and the bed was covered in rose petals. cheese to the max!!!

I gave him shit for not doing it in paris because it's soooo cheese to do it on an engagement night. I think that's where he got the idea from. HAHA so funny. I've never had rose petals scattered before. awwww.

BTW the petals were fake. Apparently its the hotels policy to not have real ones because it stains the bed sheets. I say Napisan.

Sooo no photos of all of that jazz because its a bit of an over share.

Anyways, I didn't really prepare for my hair to be taken to Vue De Monde, as you can see below.

This photo makes me look like such a douche but it was the only one I had which showed some food. I thought it would be nice to see what we ate there in case you guys are planning to go.

The dish below is "Risotto Aux Truffes" or as I like to say mushroom risotto. ha.

They grated the truffle on the spot and I told them to stop right there. I'm not into truffles but I really liked this dish. Two thumbs up.

I am wearing a top by Elizabeth & James. Olsen twin steezy.

Euughh I can't stop staring at how flat my hair is in that photo. I hate posting it. Boiusdghl with hair, I believe bigger is better.

Moving on,

I worked in a nursing home for 2 years and it ruined my hands.

I couldn't stop laughing. Then I smashed it down like I hadn't just had 6 courses. heeee.

Here is the the petit fours which the waitress said she likes to call petit fives. HA. She was a comedian. While I remember, the staff there were so good. All of them. Amazing.

This was the best one. Some sort of lychee thing.

Can you tell we were drunk at this point?

I didn't take any proper photos of food because I find it embarrassing to take photos in a restaurant. We had the matching wines to food degustation so by dessert number THREE i was pretty smashy. 10 courses of wine tasting is not my best friend. But it was SO GOOD.

My nail polish is OPI Red My Fortune Cookie from the Hong Kong collection.

Upon leaving they gave us breakfast for the next day. Interesting. Nice.

Not pictured is the recipes for the breakfast, mint seeds they want me to plant and grow and the tea leaves for breakfast.

I'm not going to grow the mint. I have a hard enough time trying to keep my succulents alive.

I love how the give you a menu to take home of what you ate and drank that night.

I am going to go to Dan Murphys and buy some of the wines we had.

Soooooo good.

The whole Vue De Monde experience was ( as FF would say ) 11/10.

Oh and in that photo it says they are Green Eggs. I don't eat eggs. I have no idea what that means. Is that even a thing? I thought Dr. Suess made it up. Am I stupid here or what?

Anyway, back to Crown. I lost cash gambling. Boo Hiss. It was fun but I got bored quickly so we went back to the room. Here is the fancy Chinese New Year display in the atrium.

D was going to take a photo in the lobby for my blog. I fell asleep waiting for him to sort it out. He is the most painful photographer. It takes him about 30 mins to turn the camera on.

I bought this amazing Alpha60 cardigan last week and I took some photos for my blog but the files keep coming up as corrupt. So annoying. Plus I look really off in them. So maybe its the blogger god telling me I shouldn't post them. I might blind peeps

Basically its this cardigan which can be worn several ways and only 2 of the photos worked so it kind of loses effect in the post. "cardigan that can be worn 5 ways but i only have 2 photos" hahaha

New Hermes Scarf

I recently got this beauty from Hermes. 

oops.

I just realised I forgot to post about the purple one i got too. eehh.

I will get around to it.

Anyways, back to this Brazil scarf ! I LOVE IT. It's my favourite scarf i own now. I love how all the colours go against the black.

I much prefer the pleated scarves at Hermes. It's just something about the way they sit. I love them! This one looks fab worn as a belt/sash and cute as a headscarf.

But the classic style is the wear around the neck...
