we saw all sorts of crazy fish and even a huge ass TURTLE!!! kate found it and we all came a swimming as fast as we could.
we had a dodgy $8 underwater disposable camera and took photos. ill have to find it and get them developed. probably shit as.

after we snorkelled kate and i got the buggy back up the cliff and the guys walked.
losers.
they took this snap of us as we drove past and i think its one of the funniest photos of me ever
i think i was just horrified that kieran would take a photo of me looking so horrible.

Cossack

D and I like to take photos of us jumping and compare who got the most air. I think we have photos from all our holidays of us doing this. Cheap thrills.

We took a drive down to Cossack on Sunday. It's now a ghost town but was established in 1871 to house all the pearl divers that came down hoping to strike it rich.

Up above I am jumping in front of a shop that was built in 1890. Most of the town has been destroyed by age and cyclones but there are still a few buildings around. But I wont post photos of them all. Snoozey. Plus it's more of a suprise if you ever go there yourself.

But it totally looks like I'm trying to "werk" it.

I made him take a close up photo of my vest. I like all the beading. It's really heavy though.

The vest is by a brand called Kachel. I thought I was really stepping out of the box here with this vest. But then two people have already asked me if it's Sass&Bide. So clearly I'm not. I thought I was doing great but not buying something S&B for once. GAH!

Although, I just realised the t-shirt and shorts are. shit.

I spotted two cute gallahs on a power line and made D get out in the blistering heat and take a photo for me. He is a LADIEZZZZ man. swoon.

I've given up on sandals in the 42 degree heat. My feet get too dirty. Sandy. Grimey. Annoying.

Next time I come up I'm bringing more closed toe shoes.

Pity it comes off in the shower each night.

I really enjoy when I hear middle aged women with top 40 ringtones. I'm next to a lady who has Katy Perry as her ringtone. She has children. She'd be in her late 30s. But rock on with the Kate Perry ringtone. It's especially funny when they can't find they phone in their handbags that carry the kitchen sink and it goes on for ages and they get flustered.

This is so my mum. If she could figure out ringtones. Or how to answer a mobile phone.

As for me, I always have my phone on silent. I like missing all my calls.

Whenever i look at the olsen twins brand, elizabeth and james, on the internet, the clothes are always foul, but when i looked at their stuff in aloha rag and neimens in hawaii, there was awesome stuff. (longest sentence ever) its like all the crap bits get sold on the net. anyways,

i loved this oversize tee. it goes low at the front. i bought mine in an xs so imagine how huge they get as the sizes get bigger. crazzzzyyyy ovvverrsiizzeee

we went to some "famous" place for shave ice, which is really just a snow cone.

sometimes, the small things in life make me happiest.

this day was SO MUCH FUN.

It was Ds birthday and we hadn't really planned much, we never do, but driving around the island was so fun.

we stopped by a starbucks and got coffees and snacks and cruised around the north shores, and saw a place my grandpa raved about when he was alive ( 25 years ago) and then stopped by some shops ( scored some missoni scarves! YAY presents on Ds bday)

then we stopped by taco bell. yeahhhhhhhhhhhh

anyways, best day ever!!! hawaiins are so super nice. this crazy cockroach x mutant fluro yellow bug kept attacking me and we pulled over on the freeway and within 2 mins some nice fellow stopped to help us.

Finding crabs and squid.

The other day we went down to Point Samson.

We went pretty late in the day so the tide was really high. Which doesnt make for the prettiest photos...but it makes for fun " finding shit in the rocks" time.

Everytime I would find a cool crab that looked like Sebastian from the Little Mermaid, my bf was no where to be found with the camera.

I found some massive bright red crabs that walked sideways. It was hillarious.

I dunno if crabs really walk. Do they scuttle? I'm not sure. But one snapped at me.

So basically, instead of taking photos of cool red crabs he took photos of this sort of rubbish,

and no squid were found :( BOO

We did take lots of funny jump shots. I will post them one day.

Going through photos is exhausting. Especially when you have a bf who takes heaps of crappy photos and refuses to delete anything.

I have over 1000 photos to go through.

Oh yeah, and work to do. HA. Well today I have been good, its 4pm and I just started to blog.

I also got my eyebrows waxed up here and they did a good job. I am SO happy. I just feel fresh and clean with a good brow wax. Is that weird? I think not.
