New Chanel Bag yay.

I had this photo on my phone though so I thought I would blog it.

I bought this Chanel bag about 2 months ago?

But forgot to blog it.

I got some new sunnies too!!

Woo!

I love this bag because I can hide the chains and make it a clutch.

It's also nice and light.

My shoulders get so sore these days. Old LAY-DAY.

It also comes in a silver colour!

How good is the iPhone 4 camera?

It's pretty much on par with my point and shoot cam.

Here are the nail polishes I got in changi duty free! Apart from the "particulere" which I found in Tokyo. Had to get a spare one incase something happened to my original one. Haha. I know that sounds crazy.

They were so cheap at Changi. I think around $22 each. I stocked up. It's easy to go into a frenzy whilst duty free shopping. The possibility of a bargain takes over and you lose all sense of rationality.

On the upside, I think I have my winter nail polish colours down pat.

I think my favourite is "Fire" right now.

It's just a nice red.

We went out on Saturday night for a friends Birthday! Woo.

Gahhh I wish my hair would stop being so straight from the Global Keratin treatment I did. I can't handle having dead straight hair all the time.

How was everyones weekends? I got sick on Saturday night. Either the flu or something with flu like symptons.

Sore throat, blocked/runny nose, muscles ache

I felt like balls yesterday but today I'm much worse.

I am taking all the tablets and teas and what not so I'm hoping to be up and running by tomorrow. I will keep telling myself that.

Hahaha.

I know the whole logo thing is gross and I agree. But these were super cute and I couldn't say no!!

Plus they are very comfy! They will be good for my travels when I have to walk whole days.

I have been looking for a black sneaker that has a black sole for what feels like ever. I'm glad I found these.

I will dub them my " dress sneaker"

AHHAHAH No really I wont. I hate "dress sneakers" *shudder*

I'm looking at you shoe with the M on the side. Whatever they are? I just dont get the whole "formal sneaker" thing that some dudes are doing now.

It's either sneaker, dress shoe, boat shoe, boot.

No merging of the two with a formal sneaker. Can someone explain it to me?

I will wear these with black opaques and denim shorts. Yay.

Now it's colder in Melbourne boots and real shoes are back!

Chanel Goodies! Part 2

Happy Easter everyone! Are you all eating chocolate eggs until you vomit?

I got the most gnarly white chocolate rabbit from my neighbour. I will have to take a photo and show you guys. I think it would be over 1kg of chocolate. Cray cray! If anyone remembers the xmas post i did, he is the same one that made me the chocolate santa. It's seriously the best chocolate in the world. I'm not lying. I would rather eat his chocolate than Godiva.

When D's brother took this photo of me some crazy man took a photo of me. WHAT A CRAZY.

I got so freaked out. He had a full on paparazzi style camera and he's just taking photos of me and then of D's brother taking photos of me. HOW WEIRD. I full cracked it.

Anyway, here is what was in the second box !

I got a new bag. YAY. It's some sort of reissue bag. Hahah I'm really not in on the whole reissue thing because this is my first. It wasn't planned or researched. I just saw it in the store and loved it. It's a small size which is exactly what I was after.

My arm gets so sore from lugging around that Jumbo. Bag. This one can kind of squish down and its perfect for going to a gig or clubbing/dancing etc.

YAY. I love it so much.

I think the photo is a bit out of focus. Sorry about that.

Here is a close up shot of the detail on the chain. They told me it was done by hand. D thinks its a rubbish gimmick. Hahaha. He doesn't believe me !!

I didn't. I miss them v much. I remember the first year D and I got together he did one for me. 

What a distant memory... It was fun though. He hid them with a high difficulty level. Argh! 

I had the most gnarly lunch today. I think i will be full until tomorrow. Then i had an 2 hour afternoon nap on the couch! ha!
As if I'm going to sleep tonight now. Booooo!!

Chanel Goodies!

Last week I bought a few Chanel goodies. I should just learn to stay away from the store.

There's something about the packaging that excites me.

Hahahah how embarrassing. I keep the ribbons and all that in the boxes. I dunno why. Im never going to use them. I just like it to be 'complete'.

Here is what was inside the smaller box!

New sunnies.

I don't like designer sunnies. They nearly always have some sort of logo crap on the sides that tell everyone from a mile away what brand they are. They're usually fake and from Thailand or something. And if they're not they're so crazy overpriced its stupid.

I always buy cheaper sunnies like Ray Bans etc and haven't bought designer sunnies since those Dior sunnies a la J.Lo were in style.

Anyway, I really love Anya's Chanel sunnies from Oui, Je Suis ( THIS post) and have wanted sound round sunnies for ages. I have no chance of finding those sunnies though so when I saw these sunnies in Chanel I thought " what the hell" I will give designer sunnies a whirl.

I still feel a bit weird with the logo on the side, but its quite small so its not as noticeable.

D took these photos of me while I was taking photos of my Hermes bangles.

You can see I have made them black & white to make them appear arty.

Also, I had no makeup on and it hides my horrid skin.

Two birds, one stone.

I was going to type Happy Good Friday everyone but that seemed highly inappropriate

so Happy Friday off Work day.

Is everyone eating fish or vegetarian today? Do people still do that?

Before I turned vegetarian I ate Fillet o Fish on Good Friday because my British mum doesn't cook fish.

Too complicated for her. Ha! If its not roast or bangers n mash its out of the question.

She makes up for it by making the best Yorkshire Puddings though.

What is everyones plans for Easter?

I have no going away plans.

Just visiting family and friends and some family is coming to visit me too.

Yay.

I also have lots of cleaning and ironing to do and plan on vacuuming.

As well as thinking of something to do with these figs that D's mum gave to me.

Dilemma.

Printemps shopping wooooo!

D forced me to go to Printemps. FORCED ME. because the concierge gave him a "discount card" that gave us 10% off all the stuff there.

UM yeah, its called Tax Back and everyone gets that "discount"

We got there early and had a sort of brunch/lunch thing at the restaurant on the top floor.

Wow how pretty is it? the chairs were Starck Ghost Chairs.

I'm wearing a Karen Walker dress. I love this dress. It's HUGE. I wish it wasn't as oversized but i got the smallest size it was made in and its still massive.

After walking around for ages and finding nothing I wanted. ( i swear all the good shiz goes before xmas) I saw something I liked....no loved ( for years)....but needed to think it through...

so D and I went to Laduree for afternoon tea. We had some macaroons too. You cant go to Laduree without trying them!!

Flavours - Pistachio, Red Fruits, Licorice, Blackcurrant.

This trip in Paris meant a lot to us, and apart from all the photos and tourist moments, we had so many amazing moments and conversations that will never be forgotten. I wanted to get something that wasn't going to end up in the salvos a year later...and something that i'd use often...so that everytime i look at it i smile and remember our secret times together...

so with a lot of thought i bought ... .... ...

I've become so dependent on it. I was always on of those " why have a watch when i have a phone" type people. I find myself checking the time so often and it really is easier than pulling the phone out.

plus its black. and black warms my heart.

i considered getting a rolex etc looking at heaps ....but none of them felt "me" especially not now. I LOVE YOU WATCHY lskdjflskdjflskdjf poor than D. HHHAHAHH just kidding.

I told him to get one but he is obsessed with his current watch and didn't want a bar of it.

I WANT US TO HAVE MATCHING WATCHHHHESSSS. how funny !! i'd love it.

How is everyones Australia day weekends going? watching the tennis? i tried to last night. It's hard to keep focused when laptop and magazines are lying around.

Im not sure what i will do tomorrow to celebrate. something aussie.

even if its having a Coopers Pale Ale.
